SAM.gov Contract Opportunities data extract

This is the public daily CSV of contract opportunities that GSA publishes through SAM.gov’s Data Services. We download it only when it has changed and never scrape SAM.gov pages. The version used today was last modified Tue, 20 Oct 2026 03:30:43 GMT and contained 70,997 notices. SAM.gov data is a U.S. Government work. Links in our emails point to each notice’s page on SAM.gov.

USAspending.gov

We query the public USAspending API (U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service) for NAICS 561720 contract obligations by state and for recent contract awards. Fiscal year FY26 (Oct 2025–Sep 2026) totals are the sum of contract transaction obligations by place of performance. Recent awards cover 2025-10-20 to 2026-10-20. Recipient names are shown only when they look like a business entity; otherwise we show “not shown.” We publish only the recipient name, award ID, agency, dates and amount, and no other entity registration fields.

Daily digest filters

  1. Notices with NAICS 561720 or PSC S201 in the extract.
  2. Open: marked active, of type Solicitation, Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Presolicitation or Sources Sought, and with a response deadline in the future. If there is no deadline, the notice must have been posted in the last 30 days.
  3. Set-aside: carries a small-business set-aside code.
  4. Amendments: notices with the same solicitation number are collapsed to the latest one.
  5. Relevance: notices coded only by NAICS must also mention cleaning or custodial work. This drops miscoded notices.
  6. Cancelled notices are dropped.

Requirement extraction

Rules (regular expressions, not AI) look for site visits, Service Contract Act wage determinations, LPTA or best value evaluation, firm fixed price, IDIQ/BPA, option years, square footage, cleaning frequency, background checks or E-Verify, insurance, bonds, green cleaning products, RFQ/RFP/sources sought, and the size standard. Each extracted item shows the sentence it came from so you can check it. The rules can miss requirements or misread them, so the full solicitation is always the authority.

State

A notice’s state is its place of performance. When that is blank, we use the contracting office’s state and label it as such.

Privacy

Contracting officer names, emails and phone numbers are removed from the data. BidBroom publishes business-level information only.
